Grilled Bread with Olive Paste, marinated Anchovies and Red Florina Peppers

Ingredients: for 12 pieces
1 garlic clove, mashed
100gr Filion Kalamata Olivenpaste
15 mint leaves, very finely chopped
12 thick slices stale bread
12 marinated anchovies
12 strips, wide, of red Florina peppers, grilled

Instructions:
Mix the garlic together with the olive paste and mint leaves. Toast the bread. Spread the paste onto each slice and place one anchovy and one pepper strip on top.
